Own a little piece of the country life! Norco has horse trails and animal keeping and a rodeo and parade down Sixth Street! (after Covid restrictions are done). Small town USA is here. Nice sized home has four bedrooms and an office. The bedrooms have ceiling fans for those warm summer nights when you don't want to use the A/C. There is a big living room with a fireplace, a formal dining area, nice tile floor through out. An extra large kitchen with informal dining table, and a huge family room with a second fireplace! New paint throughout, new carpet in master bedroom and the office. Newer flooring in two bedrooms. The two bathtubs just had new glazing done on them and look good!
The covered patio off of the family room area is great for entertaining. Nice sized backyard with a big tree for shade and a chicken coop area (or use it for a dog run. Or goats?)
